The TOY ROBOT MUSEUM is literally a gem discovered in our own backyard. Located in Stoudtburg Village, the museum is home to thousands of toy robots. A MUST SEE!!










Shupp's Grove Antique Market is a "must see" for those visiting the Adamstown area; nice people, nice place, great selection of vendors, and a nice way to spend the day!!



no clicky, no ticky Known mostly to the locals, a Saturday morning and (early) afternoon ride on PA Route 772 between Brownstown and New Holland, in the spring, summer, and fall, will yield a non-stop 9-mile feast of antiques-laden yard sales!!

Venture both north and south on PA Route 897, and visit historic Lebanon County (to our north), and Fivepointville, Terre Hill, Weaverland, and Blue Ball (to our south) - a great ride in either direction!



Life doesn't get any better than a scoop of Boehringer's Ice Cream (home-made, and family owned since 1936) CLOSED MONDAYS. Boehringer's is OPEN FOR THE 2012 SEASON!

Ranck's Family Restaurant in Bowmansville A hop, skip, and jump (of about six miles) will take you into the Borough of Bowmansville. While there, be sure to enjoy a home-cooked meal at Ranck's Family Restaurant (in the center of town). Yes, this is the same family that began Ranck's in Honey Brook! (NO LINK, JUST GOOD FOOD)



Phoenixville's Colonial Theatre Blobfest is held at the Colonial Theatre in Phoenixville, PA during the second week of July annually (other festivities throughout the year, also). Take a trip back to the '50s and pretend that you are Steve McQueen and save everyone in the location where the actual filming of the BLOB took place. This is one VERY COOL experience!! a 10 on the fun scale:)



Charles J. Adams, IIIAt halloween, author Charles J. Addams, III (Freudian slip), Reading, PA's "Favorite Son" will enthrall the entire family with a telling of one of his many ghost stories, a Berks County Favorite, his alter-ego, "Bobby Bubbenmoyer" can be found in the vicinity of any good bakery!!



Visit historic Sunybrook The SunnyBrook Ballroom is one of a few remaining large dance halls of the pre-World War II era still in existence. On the National Register of Historic Places, it is the site of Glenn Miller's final American performance (1942, prior to enlisting in the Army Air Corps). Every music great of the Big Band Era (Sinatra, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, The Dorsey Brothers, Harry James, Tex Beneke, Gene Krupa, The Elliot Lawrence Band and the list goes on...) entertained the Philadelphia area there. In 2006 Sunnybrook would have been torn down for new home construction if not for the efforts of several valiant citizens.



Weaver's Store, Inc., located on Rte 897 in Fivepointville, is the area's one-stop shopping center for childrens clothing and shoes at discounted pricing. They carry approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of clothing inventory, and have many items not readily available anywhere else



Visit Burkholder's Fabric Store Burkholder's Fabric Store, located on Rte 897 (north) between the towns of Reinholds and Kleinfeltersvile has one of the finest selections of supplies, patterns and fabrics for the sewing and quilting enthusiast at very low prices.
