At 1032 South State Street, just off of Rte 272, in the Borough of Ephrata, you will find the Pancake Farm, a "hidden treasure" 9 miles south of the Black Forest Inn, featuring one of the best "stick to your ribs" breakfasts in the area!



You'd be surprised what great food those little out-of-the-way places like the Kountry Korner in Reinholds (PA Rte 897, 4mi north) have to offer. They feature some of the finest fried chicken in the area, and everything is reasonably priced! (sorry, no link available)

They carry the largest variety of nuts, candies, and spices in the tri-county area. Their pricing is well below retail on most items, and their selection of chocolates is second-to-none (Weaver's has Wilbur Buds at great prices!)

Martin's Potato ChipsŪ, the OFFICIAL potato chip of Air Force One,(and a favorite of President Clinton) has been a staple of grocery carts in central PA for years! (note: not affiliated with Martin's Pretzel Bakery of Akron, PA)

Should you venture south to Leola (Rt 23, just east of Lancaster), you will come upon ACHENBACH'S PASTRY SHOP and Bakery. STOP, EAT!!! Specializing in Moravian and Dutch fare, Achenbach's is the gem of Lancaster County
